I have found some on craigs list running for around 500$. In your case i mite look into Vast performance of JH motorsports for new forged pistons, rods and rings. If you have access to a machine shop get that bad boy honed out. I wouldn't pull an engine from the junk yard and not rebuild it but that's just me
